Warranty and returns policy

Simple Way gives a 2 year warranty period to all products. Any purchased product can be returned within 14 days after the date of purchase with a full refund, provided, it has not been damaged internally or externally.

Shipping cost during warranty period are covered by Simple Way.


Manufacturers’ warranty does not apply to such cases:

  • products that have damage of stamp, serial number or in case of an independent repair;
  • damages that have arisen after disasters (flood, hurricane, fire, earthquake etc.) or other accidents;
  • non-standard power supplies, accessories, repaired parts, or source materials;
  • damage resulting from external conditions, like voltage fluctuation in the power supply by more than 10%, resulting from non-standard power supplies and penetration of foreign objects, water, etc;
  • if a product has been used in non-professional purposes, which are not provided in exploitation instructions;

Post warranty

Simple way will gladly provide repair and maintenance services, should they be required after the warranty period. For any information, please contact us at info@simpleway.lv

All shipping costs after the warranty period are covered by the client.


Shipping costs are calculated automatically on the website and the cost is shown prior to the final payment. If you would like to use an alternative shipping method, please contact us prior to the purchase.

Any additional costs that may come after the purchase, like customs charges, will not be covered by Simple Way.
